Brian made it a breeze. Checked me in, pulled up my work order and pulled up my loaner. I was in and out within 10 minutes. He called me a few hours later to give me an update that they were working on the order and pulled up my loaner. I was in and out within 10 minutes. He called me a few hours later to give me an update that they were working on the car still. A few hours later he called to let me know it was all done and ready for pickup.
