$200 diagnostic per thing to looked at is absurd. Originally had coolant flush scheduled but after explaining what light was turning on we decided to do diagnostic. I wanted them to also look at radio (wasnt working) but dude said thats another $200 an hour. As if looking at a engine code and radionwould take 2 hours? Anyways i declined. Took them 30 mins to diagnose the issue. Water pump slightly leaking. I asked why i didnt see any coolant on driveway and he said their is a bin catches coolant from going down. Anyways... didnt make and xxxx sense to me. And the $3400 price to change it was garbage up sale. Paper ZERO transparency on item things that needed fixing. All it says is water pump and timing belt service. For $3400 HARD PASS. Your technician arent that good to charge x3 normal service value. The cs rep gal seemed cool though. More

Great experience, my wait time was much shorter than other dealerships I’ve been to. No one tried to sell me on something I didn’t need and my service rep (Rick) was fantastic.
