My car, A6, had developed an issue while visiting from out of town and to be able to get it fixed in a couple of days was incredibly helpful. My car was beautifully washed and vacuumed, and ready to go. The only way the experience could have been better was if they had let me drive home in the Ur Quattro parked in the service area! More
