This dealership has been my go to service station for my 2010 q7 TDI. I purchased used from another dealer with Audie's 4 year or 48k miles emissions warranty. Basic Service Came in for basic service. When the car was purchased, I was informed that it came with a pre-paid service contract that would cover the basic mainten Came in for basic service. When the car was purchased, I was informed that it came with a pre-paid service contract that would cover the basic maintenance up to 50,000 miles. The car only had 20,000 miles when purchased less than a year ago, giving me 30,000 miles to go (the way it was presented). Upon this service visit, I was informed that the service contract will expire this year even though I only have 27,000 miles on the car. Apparently if you pre-pay for the service contract, it expires after 5 years. A little disappointing. I must say that the car was purchased at a different Audi dealership (Westmont). This was my initial visit to this dealership due to location. I will be returning to this dealership for future service needs. More

I purchased my car from here less than a year ago. It is a 2013 A4 and at the time it had about 85,000 miles. About 10,000 miles and at least 3 oil changes between then and now I have been told that it may a 2013 A4 and at the time it had about 85,000 miles. About 10,000 miles and at least 3 oil changes between then and now I have been told that it may have a fatal timing issue. When I asked why this happened after only owning the car for less than a year, all I got was an "I don't know." After paying $200 for the INITIAL diagnosis, they requested 3 more hours of labor at $175/hr. Then I was told that there was NO military discounts, and that there were NO loaner vehicles available "for the next 2 weeks." Being a lube tech and McGrath Auto Group, I know that this cannot be true at all. I ended up taking the vehicle to another trusted race/automotive shop to have the vehicle FULLY diagnosed at $85/hr, and so far they have found that what I was told was entirely untrue. I will never ever be doing business at Audi of Hoffman Estates ever again in my life. More
