Great Service through Mike Torelli I originally brought my car in for service due to a noise coming from the steering wheel and a clicking sound and excessive oil consumption under a di I originally brought my car in for service due to a noise coming from the steering wheel and a clicking sound and excessive oil consumption under a different service advisor. After replacing the CV Axle the clicking sound went away but the steering wheel grind was still there and the car was also still burning oil. I was charged $85 and had to make a return appointment to test for oil consumption and asked that they also fix the grinding steering sound. The next appointment the oils consumption test was installed and I paid another $85, but the grinding sound still wasn’t fixed and I was told to return in a month or if the oil light went on before 800 miles. The oil light came on and I called immediately and left the service advisor a message and brought the car in two days later on Monday. The service advisor removed the test and told me they needed to send results to Audi for evaluation and to come back in a month and at this point the grinding sound was still not fixed after mentioned again. Less than a week later the oil light went on again and the sound was still there. I called and they made me an appointment for the next week and said the advisor would need to call me back and the loaner wouldn’t be available for a month. I then called the General manager and left a message, I called back right away and talked with Mike Tarello and he was able to find a loaner and get me in a matter of an hour (great customer service). After the oil problem was fixed by replacing the pistons, I was advised that a new timing chain was recommended since they had the engine apart so I followed the other advisors advice. When I picked the car up the steering grinding was still not fixed but the advisor assured me that the suspension and steering were fine and they didn’t see anything when they had the engine out and that it was probably a bushing or the control arms flexing. I brought the car back and talked with a new advisor: Mike Tarello and the technician noticed the cv boot was torn and that could be the issue. I made an appt to return for the repair. When I returned the CV axle was replaced again but when Mike T saw that the grinding was still there he went back to show the tech and told me they would fix the issue as well as the rattle in the door. It took them 1 day and they replaced the steering rack and the door rattling and the car now runs perfect! I thank Mike Torelli for the awesome customer service and for listening and taking action on what I as a customer was experiencing. This was a positive experience with Mike Torelli from start to finish consistently and a great result. More

My Audi of Hoffman experience I had bought a used Audi from a private seller and went to the dealer to get an additional key fob programmed. The service manager checked my VIN an I had bought a used Audi from a private seller and went to the dealer to get an additional key fob programmed. The service manager checked my VIN and found that an air bag safety recall had not been performed on my car, so they took care of that as well (for free). Anyway the parts and service folks were great. I also walked around and checked out the new models while I was there and was able to roam around with no pressure from salesman, which was really nice. My car also got detailed as part of my visit. Will definitely go back to this dealer again. More
