2 hour oil change??? I had an appointment for an oil change. When I made the appointment I was asked if I wanted a courtesy car. I asked how long she thought it would take I had an appointment for an oil change. When I made the appointment I was asked if I wanted a courtesy car. I asked how long she thought it would take. I was told no longer than an hour, which sounded about right. I declined the car feeling I could wait an hour or so. I waited and waited for my car to be finished. (It ways taken back right away) A man came in after me, had his oil changed and was out of there in 45 mins. So finally after 2 hours passed I went and asked where my car was. I was told that the paper work had already been brought up so probably being washed but he would go check. I continued to wait another 20-30 minutes before he drove my car up to the side of the building. Had I known I was going to spend my entire morning there, I guess I should have gotten the courtesy car after all! More

Rick is especially helpful in explaining what is being done and the options available rather than just writing up the ticket! Knowledgable and pleasant is the culture here with all service advisors, so kudos to the manager of that department! thank you for exceeding expectations! More
