Oil change I purchased my Audi vehicle earlier this year and I been going to the dealership for my oil change. Every time the people are very nice. Mike torelli was my service consultant the past two times. He is very patient and helpful. Explains what services I’m doing what’s included and if there are recommendations like tire rotation, etc. I had received an email with a promotion which he helped me with. Overall my experience with mike is very pleasant. I did waited a little over an hour but I took my vehicle and hour before my scheduled appointment so I expected to wait. Mike of course was helpful in getting out as early as possible. I’ll keep coming back for as long as I have my Audi. More

Switched because it was closer to home Sent a detailed email to Mr Hall and 24 hours later no response. Was told appt would be 1 hour when I booked it, when I arrived I was told 1.5 hours Sent a detailed email to Mr Hall and 24 hours later no response. Was told appt would be 1 hour when I booked it, when I arrived I was told 1.5 hours. By the time it was done it 2:50 . Was told the car was being washed for almost an hour and when it came back, not sure why it took longer than 15 minutes. What bothers me most is your in the service business and selling business. No response to a customers email sent to the GM after 24 hours is pretty poor. Unless he is on vacation... even then someone should be monitoring his email and calls. More
