Forgot to put winter mat back in car I went in for an oil change and asked that they not wash the car. I did ask they if he could vacuum the rear passenger side winter floor mat. I am not sure why it was taken out of the car but it was and did not get put back in. I called Ted who left me a VM that they did have it. When I called back at about 10:30 and left Ted a message to see if it could be dropped off at my office (3 miles away) but I never got a call back and it was never dropped off. Looks like they expect me to go all the way back to waste my time with their mistake. More

Terrible in several ways This organizations lack of care starting from their sales org not communicating accurate information on 3rd party warranties to their lax of diligence This organizations lack of care starting from their sales org not communicating accurate information on 3rd party warranties to their lax of diligence and care within their service department. I’ve had several issues with their service from losing my car in the parking lot, to dirty loaner cars, to four week simple fixes, lack of communication, and much more. More

Horrible service I scheduled an appointment for a minor repair most of which was under warranty. I received no update calls and had to call them twice to find out what I scheduled an appointment for a minor repair most of which was under warranty. I received no update calls and had to call them twice to find out what was going on. They said they didn’t have a loaner until October. I called again a few days later and they said it would be a couple more days and the AC needed recharged. This was 6 days after I dropped it off. Now they miraculously have a loaner. The only discussion was price on AC at $360 fix. 8 days later at 5pm they finally call say it’s done. When I pick up the car the bill was $608. Apparently they wanted to charge me $178 for an oil change they did. Never was there a discussion about price for oil or any other repair. Horrible service no customer skills lack of communication. I will never go back. More

He's only a text away and God Bless him, he messages me back within minutes every time! I brought my Q5 in for the 36K mile service last Thursday, 9/19. A tragic accident happened at my company that day and I was racing and scattered all over the place for the duration of the afternoon. I tried my best to explain the dilemma to Rick via phone, struggling with my words, having multiple calls coming in at the same time - I didn't know if I would make it back to the dealership to pick up the car and had only a 25 minute window. He had a car and driver pick me up not even 10 minutes later and my car was on and ready for me in the service garage when we pulled up. Rick met me as I hopped out and said I was good to go and not to worry about anything. I cannot tell you enough how amazing this man is. I hope you treat him right because to say he is an asset to your dealership is an understatement. Rick is why customers trust Audi and I have been so fortunate to have him as my Service Guru. More
