Oil Change I brought my car in for an oil change. After 90 minutes I inquired as to whether or not there was a problem because it was taking so long. I was then I brought my car in for an oil change. After 90 minutes I inquired as to whether or not there was a problem because it was taking so long. I was then told that my car was getting its three-year maintenance and also that rails for my engine which were part of the recall were also being handled. While I don’t have a problem with any of that, it would’ve been nice to know that those two extra things were going to be handled when I brought my car into Audi for service. The girl who scheduled the appointment with me didn’t mention it, and the service rep when I checked in also didn’t mention those two things. My total weight time was 2 1/2 hours. While the service is exemplary, there was a breakdown in communication thus the four stars. More
