Dropped my car off in the morning for 50K service and a refrigerant leak, I told them that I was able to smell coolant burning when I would park the car in the garage. Later that morning, I received a text and an email containing a video that pinpointed the needed repairs, and also let me know what needed to be done to get to the area where the repairs were needed. Very easy to trust when you can see exactly what was going on with the car. More
