The people are great, the infrastructure sometimes not......for example, I returned Rick's call, he was busy, was sent to voice mail and the phone sys The people are great, the infrastructure sometimes not......for example, I returned Rick's call, he was busy, was sent to voice mail and the phone system wouldn't allow me to leave a message. It skipped right to "press one if your message is complete" or something like that. Not a big deal but little things like that for a busy person are irritating. Never did speak to Rick, but I think he was going to recommend new tires -- which I will probably wait on regardless. Generally speaking, except occasional efforts to sell me things I don't need (I know, that's your job), I love this dealership and will buy my next car from them. WHEN I'M READY. :) More

The service team at Audi Hoffman estates diagnosed my engine problem and promptly emailed me a video of my actual car that I can watch on my cell phon The service team at Audi Hoffman estates diagnosed my engine problem and promptly emailed me a video of my actual car that I can watch on my cell phone. They outlined a couple of safety issues regarding my tires and my brakes that I was unaware of. The cost of the engine repair was very reasonable in my opinion considering my Q5 has over 90,000 miles on it. My service advisor, Ted McConnell stayed in contact with me throughout the process and had my car back to me the next day. It was even washed! I could not be more pleased with my experience! Routine service call My SUV gave me notice that I was due for service. I was able to get an appointment quite easily. When I arrived, I was given an estimate of time of 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The work was completed within 1 1/2 hours, the car was washed, and the mats were rinsed off as well. I was very pleased. More

no backseat cleaning My overall experience at Audi was good. I bought the package where oil changes, car washing etc, were taken care of. And might I say it was very expen My overall experience at Audi was good. I bought the package where oil changes, car washing etc, were taken care of. And might I say it was very expensive. That being said, I was taken aback when only the front inside of my car was cleaned. I have all weather mats and only the front two were washed. The back two were not touched. It’s winter and with kids my car gets very dirty. Very disappointing considering the expense of the package and how the salesperson guartees the best quality service every visit. More
