Frustrated but content I come out of my way to this dealer because I trust the service representatives/techs and know they do a good job. However, it is extremely frustratin I come out of my way to this dealer because I trust the service representatives/techs and know they do a good job. However, it is extremely frustrating that, had I not had another car, I would’ve had to wait over a week to get a loaner vehicle so that my car could have warranty work done. Also very frustrating that someone parked my car outside immediately after they washed (but did not dry) it and the car had a sheet of ice over the entire body, causing me to wait 10 minutes for the windows to thaw. On top of it, the porter smoked his juul in the car before he gave it to me (the smell goes away, just unprofessional). I will continue to come back, but am definitely frustrated. More
