However upon reviewing my record, he realized I needed a 55,000 service appointment which would take several hours. He provided a rental car and when I wasn't able to return the same day, he told me to come back at my convenience. Additionally, I was confused about the type work that needed to be done and he was very good about explaining the rationale for the additional work. Super considerate and knowledgeable. More
