He still greets me with enthusiasm when I arrive, makes sure to understand the reasons for my visit, processes now our 4th Audi - for several years. He stays in touch during the servicing, keeping me up-to-date on the progress. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I've been coming to this location since I bought my car a few years back. The reason I love this location is because they always put the customer fi I've been coming to this location since I bought my car a few years back. The reason I love this location is because they always put the customer first. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their work. They also make you comfortable while you are waiting in the waiting room and if you can't wait, they will also find you a loaner. They have never tried to get me to do more work on my car that is needed, like some other dealers have done. The last few times I've been there, I have dealt with Anthony. He is great!! He always makes sure that I'm doing good while waiting and comes to me with updates on my car as soon as he gets them. Due to my work schedule I can't always stay so he always makes sure to work around that and find me a loaner if need it. Another thing that sets them apart is the little things they do. I'm part of their email listing and every few months i get a newsletter regarding things about car and other things. I've learn some new tips and ideas that apply to everyone with a car and not just audi car people. I've been able to share that with some of my friends. I can't thank this dealer ship enough.
