The work was done on time and everything was done to Audi spec and they always bring the car out washed and looking sharp ! I especially like the fact that Joe was able to secure an "S6" as my courtesy car for the day....nice touch ! I live in Wheaton and there are other dealers that are closer but I always go back to Hoffman Estates for all of my scheduled maintenance/service because they have such a tremendous approach to making the customer happy !
