We went in for a oil change ONLY, and he added tire rotation and had us sign off on it and approve it prior to service without advising us it was on there. Tim's communication by phone was good. Mikaela was also very helpful and nice to work with. That said, when I arrived for my first visit to pick up a loaner vehicle, there wasn't anyone av Mikaela was also very helpful and nice to work with. That said, when I arrived for my first visit to pick up a loaner vehicle, there wasn't anyone available in the Service Center and I had to request a rep from one of the cashiers. The main issue I had a problem with was when I came in to pick up my vehicle, there were parts left loosely in the car, in the front seat and back seat. Several Items, like the tool needed to put the vehicle in neutral. Disappointed to see this from a brand like Audi. More
