Very upset at the service/charges! ! To replace a battery $650 and they gave me a spiel that they had to align it with all the modules! Never again will I go there! When I called to ! They had to do a couple of updates on my car, one of which was I had to have my rear right tire replaced. I paid $900 on Friday when I picked up the car. On Saturday, 1 day later, the same tire they jus which was I had to have my rear right tire replaced. I paid $900 on Friday when I picked up the car. On Saturday, 1 day later, the same tire they just replaced, shredded out on me to no fault of my own. We have been a long time customer of this dealership, buying 3 cars in the last 7 years. We have also serviced all of these cars every year here as well. After spending $900 to have my tire replaced the day prior, the service manager, Andy, would not replace the tire and put it on for free. We are taking our 3 Audi’s and business for all 3 elsewhere.
