I'm from out of town and while traveling through the area, I was having issues with the oil pressure in the vehicle. I asked them to perform a simple oil pressure check. They took advantage of my misfortune and demanded a small fortune an additional $650 for the simple task I initially asked them to perform. If back in the area, I would trust any crackhead mechanic on Craigslist, before I would bring my car back to these thieves. Thank you for asking me to rate your performance. Michaela was wonderful! She met me when I pulled in, listened to my concerns and waited until the car was ready for me to leave before telling me it was done. In the past, some of the service personnel would tell me when the car was going into the car wash. The paperwork wasn't completed yet and I had to wait more for the car. Prefer finding out the car is ready when it actually is ready. More
