Recently enjoyed my 2nd CPO Sales experience w/Isabela at Audi of Hoffman Estates! Her range & in-depth knowledge of the vehicles’ features is truly impressive, along w/the time she takes after the sale to Audi of Hoffman Estates! Her range & in-depth knowledge of the vehicles’ features is truly impressive, along w/the time she takes after the sale to help walk thru & configure. Isabela also proactively communicated w/me on the status of all agreed-upon Sales concessions & open matters (Audi App setup), through completion (no false promises)! On the Service side, Tim has been excellent to work with to schedule & complete the above items on my new CPO vehicle (replacing chrome badges & license plate frames w/black, programming 2nd key fob, cargo mat, etc.), including no hassle on warranty claim for rim repair (curb rash). More
