Very friendly We met Joe on a Saturday night after the dealership was closed. Joe was going to his car and saw us so he came over, gave us his card and walked us through some of the features. Joe LeBlanc was very easy to deal with. He wasn’t overbearing but had tremendous knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. He was very patient while I looked at some other vehicles at other dealerships. When I made an offer that I thought was fair he didn’t play the “give me 30 minutes to check with my manager” game. He went into the sales office and within about 4 minutes came back and said “I think your getting a great car at that price”. His follow up has been terrific. I was probably high maintenance because this is my first Audi, but Joe hasn’t flinched. He always takes the time to answer any questions and help however he can. I’d recommend Joe to anyone! More

Best Audi Dealer Tire warning light came on, took in to have the reset the tire pressure but found large bubble on sidewalk of right front tire. They ordered me a new Tire warning light came on, took in to have the reset the tire pressure but found large bubble on sidewalk of right front tire. They ordered me a new tire, got me loaner, it came in that day, and I got my Audi A8L road ready to go back on the road the same day. Could not be more pleased.
