I’ve personally bought many vehicles, but the TV and radio ads all seem to feature loud screaming people I’d never want to do business with. At Lakeland Audi I was not overwhelmed by a flashy salesman, grizzled by years in the field, or breathing down my face, but by a pleasant young man who didn’t rush to stake me as his customer. He didn’t try to impress me with point-of-sale facts or vast knowledge about the car (which I already knew anyway) and our initial few minutes were friendly conversation. No pressure in any way. No “trial closes” at every step. This was getting better and better. Instead of bolting away after five minutes on the property as I’d normally do at a car dealership visit, I stayed and found this one staffed with friendly people in a relaxed and professional environment, where every question and concern was addressed directly. The salesman was my sole contact from start to finish, as I gained confidence in him and in Lakeland Audi. Not once did he need to go and “consult with the manager”. The computer and software at his desk guided the entire transaction and I could watch all the paperwork right on screen. No miscalculations and no surprises. I drove away from Lakeland Audi in my new car, after receiving the personal thanks of the manager and many of the staff. It was the most pleasant dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I’d recommend Lakeland Audi to everyone. I wish every car dealership were just like them. More

The sales guys at the dealers in orlando are way too pushy, and I feel like they don’t really care how the customer makes out in the long run, just as long as they make that sale. These guys at Audi Lakeland want to make a deal! I feel like they actually want to sell you the exact car you want and not just some car they want to move off the lot. Avi, my sales guy, was awesome ! He found the exact car I wanted and got me to the price I needed without being pushy. His sales manager and finance guy were amazing as well. Great experience, again I went in the Audi dealer on Saturday to wash my Q5 and ended up trading it in for an A6. Mario was great to work with. He sold me the Q5 last year.
