Prices were too high. I requested a discount via a coupon I had but forgot to bring when picking up my car. Difficult to get a return phone call from a Service Tech in the beginning. After drop off for service Sadie provided text communication. Hard to get in, sometimes takes weeks. Premium price without premium service. They wash your car for you, but it’s probably the worst car wash I’ve ever had. They will also happily sell yo Premium price without premium service. They wash your car for you, but it’s probably the worst car wash I’ve ever had. They will also happily sell you tires but provide no road hazard warranty, better off going to Discount Tire (per their own staff). More
