Avoid this dealership. Finance Manager Baum Jordan and Salesman Ivo are the worst. Also Sales Manager Samir. I purchased a 2021 Q5 certified and after just 10 days I starte Finance Manager Baum Jordan and Salesman Ivo are the worst. Also Sales Manager Samir. I purchased a 2021 Q5 certified and after just 10 days I started having problems with the vehicle, problems with the pay-off of the trade in, problems with a rock-ship in the windshield, etc. I had to contact Ken Garff corporate and submit a complaint.
