Both Xavier Kabwere and Korbin Golder are the reason for the 5 star rating. Their professionalism and delivery of excellence with the entire service experience, including great communication during the last the 5 star rating. One thing that the dealership should work on is the automated system to get ahold of people. I like speaking to a real person instead of going through an automated system, I understand the need for efficiencies, but talking with a real person is important to me, and I suspect it is to others as well.
