We have had a bad experience with this dealership since we purchased our Audi. Delivery from salesperson was terrible, service was needed to fix showroom car, guy fixing it left halfway done while I was wa we purchased our Audi. Delivery from salesperson was terrible, service was needed to fix showroom car, guy fixing it left halfway done while I was waiting, subsequent services left me waiting in wait room without being notified of car completion. Last few services have been fine with work completed and notifications given, but I no longer wait and the dealership. I just drop it and return later. We have traded this vehicle in and although I loved my Q7, I will never purchase from this dealership again. More

People and nice but very busy, in terms of overall would have given 5 stars but it took 7 hours for a regular service with an appointment. I do appreciate the loaner but time frames would be nice to know ah have given 5 stars but it took 7 hours for a regular service with an appointment.
