Allie was very knoledgable and helpful as always. This was a second visit for the sunroof noice. Same technician, he stated that he could hear the noice before he fixed and the noice stopped after fi This was a second visit for the sunroof noice. Same technician, he stated that he could hear the noice before he fixed and the noice stopped after fixing in both visits. The fact is the noice is the same and still there after both visits. I am not sure how he could not hear it after working on the sunroof. May be it's an audi thing and will never go away even there is not 1 problem with it... just noice when flexing or inclining. More

They did a great job and were very professional. I wanted to wait there during the service as I told them when scheduling. But they said it would be three hours. So I had to Uber back and forth whic I wanted to wait there during the service as I told them when scheduling. But they said it would be three hours. So I had to Uber back and forth which was disappointing. And the Uber didn’t show up when it was first ordered. But they fixed that as soon as they knew. Just wish I could have stayed there. More
