When trying to call service, I did not get a live body at least 3 times. Part of the service I asked for was not done, but the service rep said they did the best they could. But they didn’t even open the pac least 3 times. Part of the service I asked for was not done, but the service rep said they did the best they could. But they didn’t even open the package with what they needed to try. Also, I think the part replacement took 5 minutes, but I had to leave the car, have someone drive me from Cottonwood heights -or take an U we and then come back later when I was free. It could have been handled so much better. More

Disjointed credit/loan application process, dealt with too many different people in sales, not knowledgeable about the car we purchased, and very poor job detailing the interior of the car before it was d too many different people in sales, not knowledgeable about the car we purchased, and very poor job detailing the interior of the car before it was delivered. Disappointing and probably won’t buy from Audi Lehi again, nor will we recommend them. More
