Well I paid $200 for the tech in 15 min to tell me exactly what I told him. A 63000 mile engine is burning through 1 quart of oil a week and I'm being told that's not a defective engine and it isn't exactly what I told him. So no I am not satisfied and this is not how I expected buying an Audi would go. Also spending 15-20 minutes setting up an appointment, Uber, and description of my issue on the phone only to be greeted with 0 information in the system and having to redo that whole set up as if I'm walking in the first time did not seem like a good experience.
