Rich, we do understand and respect your comments. We completely see it from a client point of view that this kind of error can seem deceptive, and we have spoken at length regarding the errors that occurred and offered a considerable concession on future maintenance for your troubles. We would hope you can consider that since we disclosed the pricing error prior to your decision to proceed with the purchase, and since the price error was so large, it may be unlikely to suppose we did so deliberately, hoping it would go unnoticed. There are no benefits in doing such things. However, in the end, what is important is the perception we leave behind with our clients and for that we are truly sorry.
