The complete disconnect of communication between departments is completely unacceptable. There are tons of dealerships on sunrise highway. Drive past this one. We went to see a car and it wasn't drive-able and when it was turned on it smelt like rotten eggs. Our salesman showed us a few other options and landed on a nice, used Ford SUV. We were told they would match the APR on the pre-approved loan we came in with but they didn't. When we arrived to pick up the car are our agreed upon time it wasn't ready. A part needed to come in at a later date to be installed and no one felt it was important to let us know? the day we left a deposit on the car and the day we came to pick it up were 6 days a part. They had a full working week to alert us and no one did. So when we arrived to drive off the lot it was very frustrating that we weren't told ahead of time that they would need more time to prep the vehicle. We waited four hours because our salesman had to drive to another mechanic to get us a temporary piece so we had a way home (as we were dropped off and left stranded if we couldn't drive away with the car). Fast forward a full working week and weekend, my partner had to go back to have the new piece to be installed. We were told by our salesman that he would confirm when the part was in the dealership and never did so we followed up. He confirmed it's there. My partner arrives early the next day to find out that he needed an appointment to get the car serviced, which was never mentioned when the issue was first brought up. He is currently waiting there and it's now hitting hour 4 and he has to use PTO for work because this wasn't complete in a timely manner. Horrific, just don't do it to yourself. More

Initially, I was inclined to purchase an Audi A4. However, a week passed by and my preference changed to the Audi A5. I met again with Gustavo and informed of my change of mind. Gustavo was all set to write up the deal when I asked to test drive the Audi A6. Without revealing any angst, Gustavo made it happen. Two weeks later, I purchased the Audi A6. This deal came to be because of Gustavo's knowledge of the vehicle and the Audi Brand. He is a very good teacher and does a fantastic job of explaining all of the new technology in the various vehicles I was considering. More
