Poor Communication, Poor Follow Up 2nd worst experience ever Price of the car was reasonable. Our Sales Rep Alli is extremely knowledgeable but in the end left us knowing that selling a car is all that mattered. We could not get proactive updates from her or the dealership around the we owe work. After calling and being pushed between sales and service We ended back at Alli who told us the work wasn't done yet and would be another two days. We were engaged by Brian Norris on Wednesday March 6th, Brian assured me he was "personally monitoring" the situation. Apparently his personal monitoring included never contacting us or following up again. On Friday March 8th, I again reached out for a status on the car, this time I was put in touch with Shawn Camay. Shawn was able to get status of the car which had been ready since the day before but we were never notified. Shaw apologized and followed it up by offering us a free detail service since the car could not be detailed that day due to poor weather. What's most frustrating personally is this car was bought by my wife... She works unbelievably hard, has sacrificed in numerous ways. This car is a treat for her to finally have something nice. For some reason every piece of communication comes to me, her husband, despite the title being solely in her name. This has left my wife with a car she enjoys but a dealership who basically chooses to not even communicate directly with her despite us updating our account numerous times. We were recommended to this dealership by close friends who assured us this would not be like a "regular car buying experience". Unfortunately they were right but not for the reasons they intended. More

Good experience buying my first Audi I arrived late for my appointment due to my error on the time zone changes. Regardless they we're accommodating and helped get right down to busines I arrived late for my appointment due to my error on the time zone changes. Regardless they we're accommodating and helped get right down to business. Ed was our salesman and he knew the A4 and A6 models inside and out. His knowledge helped narrow down my choices quickly because time is money in the end. He retrieved the exact car to fit my needs and off we went for a test drive. He took me on a route that had city and highway driving. He encouraged me to see the performance of the car from all perspectives, especially acceleration and handling. After finishing the test drive, I took some time and decided I wanted to discuss price. From there on it was straight forward until we arrived at an agreed upon price. All was satisfactory except for we didn't get the all weather floor mats before the part store closed. (Could no one get in the parts store?) No worries though as Ed sent them to me next day delivery. Overall, I would recommend as it was a positive experience. More

Excellent Visiting Atlanta driving back to my hotel in the late evening, hit a pot hole at 10PM, which blew out the right front tire. Changed the tire, contact Visiting Atlanta driving back to my hotel in the late evening, hit a pot hole at 10PM, which blew out the right front tire. Changed the tire, contacted Audi Roadside support and was directed to Audi Marietta the closest dealership to my location. Was very concerned about it being a Saturday and a traveler being able to have the tire replaced, as Saturday is a very busy day for dealerships. Kyle fit me right in and in two hours I had new tire mounted, balanced, and a 4 wheel alignment performed. More
