Treated like royalty Had to take my Audi A3 in for a service and weird noise coming from the front of the car. The concierge staff got me checked in and right to my servic Had to take my Audi A3 in for a service and weird noise coming from the front of the car. The concierge staff got me checked in and right to my service advisor in less than a minute, no waiting around. The staff knew my name were very welcoming and cheerful - this is reason number one for me choosing to use this location for all my services. After explaining the noise I was invited to the lounge for some coffee - it's a typical waiting area with business tool and a honking great TV and really decent coffee - while my car was given a quick inspection, I had time to wait. Once my service advisor knew it was an issue that could take several hours to resolve he offered me an Uber or a courtesy car. I took the car since I wanted to test out the Q3. Around lunchtime I got a call and text to let me know the car was ready for pickup. When I got there I was greeted in the same manner as the morning time. My car was ready and in a much cleaner state than when I dropped it off. I was given full details of the service - and happy to hear the service was covered my my Audi warranty. Overall a tremendous experience, would highly recommend anyone with an Audi to consider this location due to the friendly & courteous staff. More
