I worked with Ed Jenkins Who was very knowledgeable and made the experience very easy. When I mentioned to ed that I would have to hide the car until my wife’s birthday, he volunteered to keep the car at the dealership until I needed it, then have it detailed and delivered wherever I needed it to go. He also said they would provide a big bow for the car. When it came time, did deliver the car himself. I can’t think how he could have made the experience better. I wanted to know if we brought the car to the dealership, did they have someone who could explain all the controls to us. It said that when my wife was ready, they would send someone to our home to teach her everything she needed to know. In summary, this was a great experience. More

I explained what I wanted, they respected my position and got me in the car I've wanted for quite some time. Miguel in the finance office also respected my wishes and did not try to sell me the numerous add-ons available - just the paperwork for finance and the trade, very clean and under 20 minutes. Miguel called me prior to my visit and was ready to go when I got there. They are in a temporary facility at this time but didn't miss a beat. They tried to get me to trade my ///M hat but no go.. instead I got an Audi Sport topper for my brain holder. More
