There is only one work "STELLAR" We went to buy an Audi Q7 CPO and Joseph was of very polite and courteous and knew the features well about the car. We ended up getting the car same day but on our drive back home we realized that the music system was horrible for the music we listen to. As soon as i reached back home called Terrence (Used car sales manager) and he understood the situation and helped us to swap with another car of similar spec and price range that they had on the lot. When i reached the dealership Randy (GM) was also aware of the situation and everyone one worked on getting our needs satisfied. Hence i can say that everyone at the dealership is beyond "Stellar". Whenever we need another car we will only look at Jim Ellis. More

Absolutely Great Experience. I have been to a number of dealerships throughout the years and it is a brutal process when you pull into the parking lot and you see the salesmen on I have been to a number of dealerships throughout the years and it is a brutal process when you pull into the parking lot and you see the salesmen on the golf cart or on foot. They are like sharks and you are fresh bait. Not at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta! I felt like I was going to my best friends house. The entire staff was very professional and there was no pressure. They even gave me a great deal on my trade-in that they were not going to be able to sell on their lot. There was no need to go back and forth with negotiations. We quickly agreed on a final price and that was it. If you have never driven an Audi, they are awesome! My first experience and you can tell what you are paying for. Go see Kevin Brayboy. He took great care of us and even stuck around when we finished the paperwork with Tony Jackson. By far the best dealership, salesman and money-man (Tony) I have had the experience to work with.
