Poor customer service I had found an 2015 CPO S5 through their website and called to make an appointment for a test drive. I gave them all of my contact details to include I had found an 2015 CPO S5 through their website and called to make an appointment for a test drive. I called back 1/2 hour later to ask if I could come in earlier for the test drive which I was told I could and that the car would be waiting for me when I arrived. After fighting traffic down Cobb Parkway, I met with Gee who proceeded to tell me that the car was sold. When I asked why didn't they just call me to tell me so I wouldn't drive all that way for nothing, he wouldn't tell me but instead was trying to push me to buy a new S5 instead. Talk about a bait and switch!! I had been planning to also trade my wife's Q5 in for a Q7 at this dealership, but I guarantee that won't be happening. I understand its first come, first served for buying a car, but I had confirmed twice my appointment and they had my phone number, it would have been just courtesy to call me and let me know it was sold. More
