35,000 service I had the 35,000 service completed on my 2012 A7 & the entire service department is awesome. I normally deal with Kevin, but he had just stepped out, I had the 35,000 service completed on my 2012 A7 & the entire service department is awesome. I normally deal with Kevin, but he had just stepped out, so Matt took care of me. He was great & even informed me that the service was going to be longer than usual because of the updates that needed to be done. I had setup my appointment online & had requested a loaner, which was nice (Q5). He also told me that it would be a couple of days before my car would be ready. I received a text the next day & my car was ready! I then was able to deal with Kevin for checkout & he too was great, just like all of the other times I have had my car serviced. Oh and the price was lower than originally expected. More

After inspecting the car and going over a few details about it we hopped in for a great test drive. It was very evident that Dustin had a substantial amount of knowledge about the various Audi models. He also explained every part of the buying process thoroughly which we appreciated. He is incredibly personable and was a true pleasure to work with during our buying experience.
