The price negotiation was fair. Chris was a good seller. The deal ran into challenges when Jim Ellis' bank returned my down payment for unknown reasons that could not be provided. Getting that resolved took me having to make additional trips to the dealer. Sales manages would not return calls. The deal never completed fully as the agreement was to include an audi shirt which I did not receive. Details matter. Not the best dealer experience. They had a lot of turnover at this location. More

This was an amazing experience. I did not know anything about the dealership and salesman prior to driving 2 1/2 hours to it. The dealership is laid out very nice and it was clean. I was met in the parking lot by an employee who quickly took me inside to meet the sales person. I spoke to on the phone. Jon Bush was my sales person and he is a wonderful individual. The deal went smoothly and uncomplicated. The sales manager, Alli Gnatt, was very nice and friendly. She felt like an old friend. Overall I had a great experience with John Bush and the entire team.
