What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. Come here, ask for AHAMED EBOO, he is the only person with a desk inside the show room, goes to show you how long he has been great here. More
Terrible customer service at this dealership. Bought a car out of state and they forgot to put the tags on the car. The salesman and manager were both extremely shady at best. Bait and switch! ! I had a deal to sell my car that was agreed upon with Eddie Thornton. I rearranged my schedule to meet Eddie at the time that was most convenient to ! I had a deal to sell my car that was agreed upon with Eddie Thornton. I rearranged my schedule to meet Eddie at the time that was most convenient to him so he can make his appointments. I even changed to an earlier time the day of and left work early for his convenience. On my way to the dealership to drop my car off and sign the paperwork Eddie called me and said the “manager did not approve of the deal.“ They then offered me a lower price than what had been agreed upon for five days at that point. This seems questionable and from my vantage appeared like a scam to get me to commit to an inconvenient time and then call me as I’m about to pull up to the dealership to retract their offer. This seemed unprofessional at best and intentionally deceiving at worst. I would recommend ensuring that Eddie has gotten “approval from manager” before believing any of the offers he gives you to buy your car. Certainly, do not rearrange your schedule to be able to meet him at a certain time without doing so. Also of note, Eddie was not even there when I arrived for my appointment and his colleague or manager finished the paperwork and bought my car. I clearly did not need to rearrange my schedule around his time as someone else was able to complete the sale. I feel completely scammed by this dealership and felt the entire process was incredibly unprofessional. More
