We weren’t planning to buy Saturday, but with the incentives Tony put together and going to bat with John his sales manager, the deal was too good to pass up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. And here’s the thing — you always expect a 5-star experience during the sale, but post-sale is where you really see what a company is made of. Our car was delivered late on a Saturday and the detail department was already closed, so the presentation wasn’t exactly showroom ready. But Tony and John told us to bring it back and they’d take care of it — and wow, did they ever. The car came back looking better than we ever could’ve expected.
