I loved that Christian had so much knowledge to share about Mercedes. His prior experience with MB really came in handy. I also let me take my time to make a decision and I never felt pressured. I truly felt like we got to know each other and he was working with me as if he was working with a friend. That was awesome and being in sales myself, I know not everyone is able to do that well.
