First time working with Audi for a new lease (after being with Lexus for years) exceeded my expectations and made us feel good about our decision. The dealership initially was very shady, but Christian made the whole experience worth it. I cane back to get another vehicle just because of how genuine and honest he was. They had an suv I wanted. But took several hours or not until next day to respond via text message. In this day in age, if it take over a day to hear back via texting, they simply do not want to sell cars. until next day to respond via text message. When I first bought my Audi, I loved this dealership almost as much as I love my Audi. Unfortunately, parts and service have gone continuously downhill ever since. The dealership has had my car for four almost as much as I love my Audi. Unfortunately, parts and service have gone continuously downhill ever since. The dealership has had my car for four business days (plus a weekend) for scheduled service with an appointment. I still have no estimate of return and no estimate of service cost. I did, however, receive a video recommendation for a ridiculous number of unnecessary repairs. I recommend taking your Audi anyplace but here. More
