The repair took longer than expected, but that was ok. The problem was with the pick up. I went into the service center, the paperwork part went just fine. I was told the valet would bring my car around, but the rep didn't know where the valet was. As far as I could tell, you weren't busy. I think I was the only customer there, and the vehicle bay was empty when I arrived. Maybe I should have made clear that I was on a tight timeline, but the time it took to bring my car around was excessive and no one really seemed to care or acknowledge that it was taking a long time (probably 25 minutes or so). I went back inside the building three times (about every 5 minutes or so) to ask about progress and am pretty sure I was purposefully ignored once by a gentleman who seemed annoyed the third time, because I'm sure he knew why I was back. Overall you have a nice new facility, and I'm sure the work was done properly, but you may need to focus a more on customer service and figuring out a way to get the cars around more quickly. It ruined an otherwise good experience. More

I went in for the new Q3 which I had been anxiously waiting for; however, for what I needed, the car did not work out. Rocky then introduced me to the Q5 which I fell in love with and was all-around a better fit for me. He was incredibly patient and never once pressured me in to buying a car. He made sure I had exactly what I wanted and felt good about it. This was one of the best experiences because I felt more like family rather than "another sale". Richard was very friendly and fun to interact with. He genuinely wanted to see me in my dream car and helped make the process seamless.
