And if you live closer than 10 miles away, you get an UBER to take you back and forth if needed. This is one well run service center !! More

Didn’t provide personalized service that I’m accustomed to I used this dealership as I am here from out of state and my car had a recall service that needed to be performed. They scheduled the appt, however, t I used this dealership as I am here from out of state and my car had a recall service that needed to be performed. They scheduled the appt, however, they had to reschedule it 3 times as they did not have the parts even though they said they did when I scheduled the original appt. Upon arrival I was required to provide all of my contact info again even though they had contacted me by phone to reschedule 3 times and email to confirm the new appts. When I asked why this was all being duplicated, I was told that their appointment system is separate than their service system. “Well c’mon, it’s all Audi and what century are we in already?“ Then I was told that they would “need to see if the parts were in” which tells me that my account had not been reviewed as I would not have brought my car in if I had not confirmed that they first had the parts, hence the reason they kept rescheduling the appt in the first place. Then I asked if someone could re-install the cargo cover which had fallen off my A7 when I was closing the hatchback. Instead what I got was a quote for 181.00 for an unnecessary part. I just put the dang cargo cover back up myself. How sad. I had asked them to do it since I had shoulder surgery. I could tell they never even took the time to even look at putting it back on. More

Somewhat satisfied I brought my A7 in for a check engine light. I had already had that checked out with another mechanic and it was reading a catalytic converter issue. I brought my A7 in for a check engine light. I had already had that checked out with another mechanic and it was reading a catalytic converter issue. Turned out there was a recall on my car for a software update that fixed the issue, it was not the catalytic converter after all. It would have been nice to have been notified about the software recall in advance. I almost had a new catalytic converter installed for no reason. I was also told I have another recall on my car, but the parts are not available...seems odd. Overall, I have never felt like I'm in a luxury, high end dealership when interacting with the people at this Audi dealership. No different than a Honda or Toyota dealership which is disappointing. I will credit Audi for having a good process on using Uber when you leave your car with them for service. That was a nice way to get to and from the dealership without my car. More
