Brought my wife's 2018 Q5 in because she had a low oil light come on. My suspicion was an oil leak somewhere due to oil just doesn't disappear. They fill it back up and find some other issue that took 3-4 days to fix. Three weeks later the Oil Change notification popped up on the dash. Why didn't they just change it when it was there a month ago? Whatever, so I bring it in on a scheduled oil change and take the free Uber back to work. I get a call saying that that the oil change is complete BUT the engine cover is missing. It'll cost $500+ and the nearest one is in Jacksonville, FL. I responded with, Audi Marietta are the only people who has worked on the vehicle in the past year. If it's missing it is because a technician there failed to put it back on after the last service. The service tech said they'd review the video to see if it was indeed left off by the service dept. He calls back and says we see on the tapes that the technician failed to put it back on after the last service and we'll get it back on after lunch. He calls back and says its ready and orders an Uber for me to come back to get the car. When I get there my tech isn't there, instead someone else is there who know nothing about what happened. I fill him in and he says "These things happen" and offered a half-hearted sorry. I didn't expect a red carpet and weeping but an hour ago you guys were trying to get $500 out of me due to the service techs negligence. I haven't had the best experiences out of this dealership but it's the closest to my home and work so I've put up with it. This is the last time though. 1 out of 5 stars, would not recommend. P.S. I do not blame my terrible experiences on today's service tech. When I spoke with him on the phone he was just the messenger. More

Took way too long for an oil change!! After having a 10:30am appointment for an oil change it took an extraordinarily long time for them to service my Q7. Service department told me it wa After having a 10:30am appointment for an oil change it took an extraordinarily long time for them to service my Q7. Service department told me it was going to be an hour. Because it took so long and it was lunchtime your service does not offer a shuttle so I personally had to call an Uber to take me to an area for lunch. After returning to the dealer @1:30 my vehicle was still not completed and waited an additional 45 minutes. I had an appointment at 3:00pm that was 30 minutes away. At that moment because I was crunches for time they offered me a Courtesy vehicle and excepted. I ended up being 30 minutes late for my appointment and I 4:15 I received a voice message that my vehicle was ready. If I had know that it was going to take 5 hrs and 45 minutes for a oil change I would have left the vehicle with Audi service until ready. I purchased my Audi from Lafayette, La not only did they know me as soon as I pulled in the service atrium but they offered courtesy vehicle upon arrival. More
Unable or unwilling to fix my Audi. Kept car for a week, then said they couldn't fix it--said it would cost too much. Maybe so. Misleading service times I brought my A6 in for a simple service recall that the letter said would take 1 hour. On arrival, they said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I had an appointment. Each time I checked on the status, the advisor said it was almost done, then it would be another 30-40 minutes before I would ask again. The last time he said it was going into the car wash and would be out in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I walked down to the car wash and they had not even started yet. Then they rushed through my courtesy was and left black dirt streaks all over my door jam that the advisor had to wipe down before I left. My advice is to leave your car for the entire day and just go. Don't try and wait. Too frustrating. More
