I actually had to call her back and she was not upset with me at all. She scheduled me an appointment for the same day, which was super ideal. Upon arrival, I was directed to Kyle, who was super helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything and offered me and dad bottled waters. Getting the loaner car was super easy, and everything was explained to me and sent electronically. When I dropped my car off and when I picked my car up, I was not waiting long at all. Great service, and I would highly recommend! More
