Wonderful service Dropped our car off for regular service. They called before lunch to say the car was ready. I had no one to drive me over to pick it up, so they sent Dropped our car off for regular service. They called before lunch to say the car was ready. Not very efficient I was taken care of by David Kim. He was through and efficient. However does it really take 2 hours to program a key and wash a car? When the key was I was taken care of by David Kim. He was through and efficient. However does it really take 2 hours to program a key and wash a car? When the key was finally done, I was told that the car was still being washed. They took it out of the service bay right after I got there. After waiting 10 more minutes, the car was returned a dirty as it was when I arrived. Nothing was done. Really??? More

Disappointed The service advisor over promised on time and underdelivered. He promised to call to keep me informed and I had to call 3x. He excused the tardiness by saying not enough service providers showed up. I would have understood the tardiness had he just communicated so I could have adjusted my expectations. Car was to be done around noon and in actuality the work didn’t start until 5:00. I had to pick it up the next day. More

Oil Change I scheduled an appointment at 10:30 for a phase two test. I was outside of the guidelines and was told the oil need to be changed and my car driven fo I scheduled an appointment at 10:30 for a phase two test. I was outside of the guidelines and was told the oil need to be changed and my car driven for a set number of miles. No problem at all so far, I then waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, causing me to miss a meeting I had schedule for work at 1:30. I’ve been to this service center several times, and this is my first negative experience. More
