We were looking to buy a new Audi Q5 but after this bad experience, we might end up looking for a different maker. Everything started when we ask for a test drive, this person was lazy to show us the car we wanted, instead in showed us another car that was in the nearest car lot. Then, when we ask about the total price, he mentioned that it would be very high and we might not qualify for it. He did not even check our credit report or provide the final number. after all this bad experience, we decided to get up and walk away from the table. Right at that moment the sales rep started cursing at us. I don't think this person is qualify to sell cars. He has a very bad temper and attitude. A person like him will only affect the dealership. My advice, stay away from Omar Zidouh!!! If you go to the dealership, avoid him for your own sanity. More
I'd give zero stars if I could Super disappointing service experience and no response after attempting to contact them. They were late with a simple service - oil change. Destroyed the drain plug. Service rep resisted rotating the tires for me - said tires don't need rotating on the manufacturer schedule. Then they forgot to put air back in one of the tires. I got on the fwy and tire light went on. Stopped and called - service rep response was that there was nothing they can do to help me out. There was 15# of air in my tire. LM for service mgr and no response. More

Audi 2011 Q5 I took my car to Marin Audi with a warning sign of "switch off engine, Oil pressure too Low" they diagnosed it as a faulty oil pressure sensor. They r I took my car to Marin Audi with a warning sign of "switch off engine, Oil pressure too Low" they diagnosed it as a faulty oil pressure sensor. They replaced the sensor and then had a concierge, not a technician test drive the car on the freeway and the engine seized forcing them to tow it back to the shop. you would think that with a very serious message they would of kept the vehicle in the stall until they were 100% certain that the engine could handle the pressures of a test drive on the freeway. I am out of pocket 7k for a used engine and for the labor removing old and installing new used engine. Just had a call from the service manager who basically told me that its not their fault and they have no culpability. Do not take your vehicle to this service facility More

Dishonest and incompetent! I recently bough a 2012 Audi Q7 from Audi Marin via the internet and had a number of problems: Inaccurately advertised: The vehicle was photograph I recently bough a 2012 Audi Q7 from Audi Marin via the internet and had a number of problems: Inaccurately advertised: The vehicle was photographed and described inaccurately. Several of the wheels had been curb-damaged but only the one good wheel was photographed and depicted on the website. Additionally, the rear bumper was cracked with a puncture hole. Bait and switch loan: My contact was Amal, whose title is, "Lease/Maturity Manager." He tried to get me into a higher APR loan than was advertised on their website despite my high FICO score. I got the right rate after pointing out the advertised rate, but then he switched me to a Bank of America loan instead of Audi Financial Services, which I didn't appreciably. Finally, he tried to hide the prepayment penalty, which was not disclosed. Incompetence: Their "New Contracts/DMV manager," Bianca, was totally incompetent about getting the vehicle titled. She and Amal dragged this out for several weeks, arguing with me about how to get it titled in Oregon and withholding the documents despite this being an easy and straightforward process. One month later, the vehicle is still not titled or plated. Misc.: Despite the claim that the CPO process includes a "rigorous 300+ point dealer inspection," the vehicle arrived with an engine light on, a non-working key fob and all of the previous owner's personal information including their home address, address book, etc. I attempted to contact their General Sales Manager, Rod, to ask for help getting the vehicle titled and never heard back from him. There are a lot of great Audi dealers out there, so save yourself some headaches by avoiding this one. More
