Mr. Frank provided my wife and myself with absolutely great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the nee great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the needed parts, install them and test the car. Mr. Frank continued to daily inform us in detail about the progress in repairing the car. Car broke down in less than 4 hours after picking it up from 130k maintenance service . Had car towed on a Friday night and no service team available in weekends. When I picked up car, your agent tried to imply the beak down after the service may not have been caused by Audi… the entire experience was not good. And Audi said it will cover for my car rental charges, and nothing has occurred More
