Hi I am happy with everything with the service. However, one point I really want to make is that I bought the car from the dealer 10 months ago and I expected that the car is in good condition. I only drove 5000 miles on the car but the service crew told me that the rear brake pad are worn out and costed me $800-900 to replace them. To be honest I think this is not a good business practice especially you are a very well known car dealer in the area and I was expecting much better than this. More
