I Received most of the needed information online, scheduled a meeting over the phone before actually meeting in-person to see the car. I was even able to test drive the car (yes I drove alone to keep social distancing guidelines). Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend them. They were not able to walk me through all the details of the car since we were not able to sit in the car together, but gave me great online resources with Audi videos to learn all about my new ride.
