They do have good prices on the cars, the rest is not good, poor communication, rudeness, poor knowledge of the process. Extremely disappointed with the service from this dealership and Audi. I bought a new Q7 from them and before the car had 500 miles - I got a check engine warning and the AC knob fell with the lighte dealership and Audi.
